With your appetite suppressed, you will not feel the need to eat any more food than you should.

However, these diet pills should not be taken in large amounts at one time. Rather, these diet pills should be consumed slowly (about one pill per day). In addition, it is not healthy to lose too much fat mass and weight all at once. It is recommended that you shed your fat mass over time so that it muscle can grow in and replace the fat mass that you have shed.
